Company registered in Malaysia are subject to Compliance with Malaysian Companies Act, 2016.
As a company secretory, we are an officer of the company and our duties are to make sure the company is complied with all regulations imposed by the Malaysian Companies Act, 2016 at all times.
In general our scope of work are as follow:
- Preparation and submission of all forms required by the Act to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM).
- Preparation of documents and notes for the Board Meeting’s as and when required by the directors.
- Submission of audited financial statements or statements of financial statement of the company to CCM.
- Independent review of externally reported information.
- Accountants reports.
